My name is Federico, I'm a freelance horeca professional with over 12 years of international experience across fast-paced restaurants, cocktail bars, cafés with a focus on specialty coffee and everything in between*.
I’ve managed teams, led service, crafted cocktail menus and poured thousands of quality coffees. I'm passionate about providing great customer experiences, clean communication and working in new environments and with different teams. Clients describe me as reliable, calm under pressure and always customer-focused.
